 Courses are designed carefully for both men and women with no previous self defence experience and varying levels of fitness. All courses can be adapted to meet the specific needs of individual groups and organisations. The courses cover many basic self defence principles and real life scenario based training in a safe and comfortable environment. We can schedule courses for varied durations, ranging from a half day to several sessions over 5/10 week period. Tuition can also be offered on a one to one basis for individuals or professionals. The courses combine theory and practice, with the group being taught ways to reduce being the victim of an attack and practicle techniques to defend themselves when their safety is at risk.
